The Edit!
So here it is - the final trip edit. Filmed by WIll Stroud and Ryan Hallett, edited by Will and features the exploits of the trip.
Once again big thanks to all the help from Relentless, Verde and Shiner, the shops - Paul at Cellblock, Scott, Maria and Gary at Crucial, Rich and Marc at The Source and finally all the kids that hung out with us.
Enjoy.
Friday 24th August It's Over!
Friday was our last day together. After we finished rubbing the sleep out of our eyes we headed to the local super market for breakfast.
Someone spotted a steep rail and decided Pierre should slide it.
After the media had themselves all set up the efficient German fired out a couple of double peg feelers before sending a banger
down the rail. All before anyone else had woken up. Lots of different ideas were muted about the plan for the day before the rain
forced our hand and we took the guys at 4Down up on their offer to ride the new Etines/4down warehouse. The session simmered on for a few
hours before heads turned to thoughts of home. Group and mug shots were taken. Hugs and handshakes were exchanged and the crew disbanded for
various destinations.
It has been a fantastic week. All the shops, Cellblock, Crucial and The Source were incredibly welcoming. The kids were great and so happy to be hanging out. Thanks to the local at Chertsey for letting come and ride their jumps and thanks to all the local shredders who came out to ride with us.
Thank you Shiner and Relentless for making this trip happen and thank you to all the riders who came together to make a great trip happen.
Thurs 23rd August The Source
Waking up in Hastings to beautiful summer weather morale was high.
We heading up to the famous school but was denied because of heavy construction.
We headed down The Source and got a backyard session underway. 3 o'clock came round and the guys signed a bunch of posters and gave away lots of product.
The came time to fire up the BBQ and ride until the sun went down. It was a fitting end to the shop visits.
Hastings old town played host to plenty of drinking and dancing as the night wore on.

Weds 22nd August Chertsey
Up and at em early, after a full English at the local 'spoons we hit the M4 heading east. Swinging off the M25 we rolled into the long established mud jumps of Chertsey just after lunch.
The sun came out, the jumps we running really good and the boys went high. Lots of locals joined in the fun and even Scottish out of towners came to play. BBQ'ed food was cooked, sun set beers were drunk and proper English trails sessions was had. It's been a while since I have seen one of those.
We're now heading south towards our final Shop visit at The Source in Hastings.
Tues 21st August Bristol
We were Team sore head after the night before so it was a slow start to the day, finally hitting the streets of Bristol and it turns out our
German friend is a slayer and pulled 2 crazy clips out of his pocket.
JD snapped his cranks trying a line so a quick trip to see our mates at Crucial and he was up and running just in time for the rain
to call time on the street ride.
We moved over to the old Shiner site for a nose about and fire up a BBQ after the rain dried up.
Martyn Tambling being Martyn Tambling set up a sketchy ramp set up made out of old pallets and OSB board and got to work on a couple of amazing clips.
Day 4 in the bag!
Mon 20th August Crucial BMX
Breakfast at ASDA in what is disputed to be Europe's largest supermarket started the day off pretty good. Next up we popped into the new Shiner premises to say hello and get a little tour of the new building.
Crucial were playing host the Verde rabble at 3 O'clock. Big big thanks to Scott, Maria, Gary and all the guys who made it possible and all the great kids who came out an got some freebies and scribbles on posters.
We saw out the beautiful weather in the classic Bristol skatepark Dean Lane before Collette from Relentless kindly took us out for food! Thanks! A typical bristol night out followed. Brian met his super fan, Ryan blew EVERYONE off the dance floor, gate crashed the set of the Doctor Who Christmas special, and few members of the trip took a dip in harbour! Pretty standard.

Meet the team at the final stop which is
The Source at 3pm on Thursday!
Sun 19th August Forest of Dean
Waking up to grey overcast skies, the outlook wasn't promising.
After the troops had been rounded up and been fed, Preston's finest continental breakfast (a few stale crossiant served up in a carpark outside a
Travelodge), we headed out towards Jonny's local jumps, Chapel.
In true Northern fashion, as the bikes were being unloaded the rain set in and
after a few cursory runs through, the decision was taken to head South on the promise of sunshine.
Just after Brum the promise paid off and the sunshine arrived, we swung off the M5 and headed into depths of Worcestershire towards a bowl in
Forest of Dean. On route we were treated to some beautiful scenery and views before arriving in the old mining town of Cinderford and a little
skatepark tucked away.
The session played out in the fading sunshine and curious locals. Smiles were smiles and laughs were laughed.
Another day down, on route to Bristol to hang out Shiner HQ and the shop visit at Crucial BMX.
Sat 18th August The Cellblock Blackburn
The first day of the 2012 Verde shop tour was spent trying to assemble various nationalities in Manchester. After various cancelled fights, motorway bumps, language barriers and the inevitable hotel room wrangling, everyone was finally in the same hotel.
Saturday saw the first real day of substance, with the ever eager Will Herrmann taking on a couple of Manchester's quayside curved walls whilst most of the team were taking on Beefeaters' bottomless hash brown promise.
After scooping up professional northern scamp Jonny Devine, it was on to shop visit number one, Blackburn's The Cellblock.
Pizza's were eaten, helmets were signed, give-aways were given away, and lots of locals were pleased to meet some people off the Internet.
After the generous hospitality from Paul and his lads at Cellblock, we headed off to a little park in the West Pennines and rode with the locals. The sun smiled down on our smiles whilst everyone ripped about and the trip is off to a fine start!
